At DXB SALE STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Opened perfumes
- Opened cosmetics or skincare products
- Personal care products
- Used kitchen accessories
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Send clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
We gladly replace products if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order if it meets the return conditions outlined in this policy.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Our mistake
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
We will arrange or cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, or provides an incorrect delivery address, shipping charges and any applicable return costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
10. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Returns requested after the applicable return period.
- Products that are not eligible for return under this policy.
