We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Our delivery partner is iMile Delivery Services, ensuring reliable and timely order fulfillment.

- Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders are usually confirmed within a few hours after placement.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all eligible orders on the next working day after your order is confirmed.
Estimated delivery schedule:
- Orders placed before the daily cut-off time: Next working day delivery.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays: Delivery on the following working day.
While we strive to meet these delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
We also offer Free Delivery on selected products and promotional offers as advertised on our website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout the UAE.

your order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
